QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Proficiency in at least one of the following areas: Audio: Mixing live sound, knowledge of analog and digital soundboards (e.g., Midas, Yamaha, Allen & Heath), line array calculations and installation, wireless mic setups (Shure, Sennheiser), and speaker systems. Software knowledge of consoles, Shure, Qlab, and others as needed based on the event and equipment. Visual: Operating projectors, video switchers (Blackmagic, Roland, etc.), LED walls and programming (SmartLCT, Resolume, PVP, etc.), and familiarity with media servers/software like ProPresenter, PowerPoint, Canva, Blackmagic, ProVideo Player, Resolume or QLab. Lighting: Experience with DMX lighting systems, intelligent fixtures, and programming light shows on consoles (Hog, GrandMA, ETC, or more).

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments.

PREFERRED SKILLS: Experience with modern event production softwares based on position.
Understanding of networking for AV equipment integration.
Certifications in AV or lighting technologies are a plus.
Maintain a professional appearance appropriate to the event.
Ability to adhere to event schedules and call times. (or another way to say, always be on time and keep to your schedule without rescheduling or cancelling).

Stagehands are the back bone of every event we do at ICON. Stagehands do everything from pushing carts to setting up large stages, dance floors and projector screens. Our boutique production company specializes in custom events so our stagehands will go to a variety of venues and have the opportunity to work some of the highest profile events in the city! We are only seeking reliable people so please do not apply if you cannot handle a flexible schedule, coaching, can't be on time or have trouble working well with others.

Photo Booth Attendant

We are seeking a friendly and professional Photo Booth Attendant to provide exceptional service at events. The ideal candidate will assist guests with using the photo booth, ensure the setup runs smoothly, and help create a fun, engaging atmosphere. Responsibilities include greeting guests, offering props, managing photo booth functions, and maintaining a clean and organized area throughout the event. Excellent customer service and attention to detail are a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Pre-Event Preparation:Confirm and organize event details.
Ensure all equipment is in working order.
On-Site Operations:Set up and test the photo booth before events.
Interact with clients and guests in a friendly and professional manner.Operate the photo booth and assist guests as needed.
Quality Control:Monitor print quality and equipment performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
Customer Engagement:Provide excellent customer service.
